Although today, this legendary name maybe owned by an Indian manufacturer called Tata, Jaguar is still the essence of many things British.

Maserati is the muscle of the Italian car industry, producing cars with thundering V8s so loud, you could hear one from a long way away. This year, Maserati is celebrating it’s 100th anniversary and is the third oldest Italian car manufacturer.

But enough of this. Here are my top 10 favourite Maseratis.

My Top 10 Favourite German cars

As we all know, Germany is the birthplace of the car, with the Benz Patent Motorwagen invented in 1886 by Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler. If it hadn’t been for the Germans, we wouldn’t have had this kind of transportation.

So say “guten tag” as we go through my 10 all time favourite cars from the Fatherland.

My Top 10 Favourite American Cars

As we all know, Detroit is one of the world’s most dangerous cities, but we mustn’t forget that Detroit is the heart of the American auto industry, earning it the nickname “Motor City”, and was also home to the Motown record label. Detroit was making Buicks, Cadillacs, Chevrolets, Chryslers, Dodges, Fords, Hudsons, Lincolns, Mercurys, Oldsmobiles, Packards, Plymouths and Pontiacs. Quite an impressive list.

So these you see here are my top 10 all time favourite pieces of American iron.

My Top 10 Favourite British Cars

I love all things British, like tv shows, actors, comedians, attractions, place names and of course, cars. 1950 was the year that Britain was the world’s largest exporter of motor vehicles and there were loads of them from AC right the way through to Wolseley. Even though many of the country’s car makers today are foreign owned, they are still as quintessentially British as having a plate of fish and chips and saying “God Save The Queen”.

So here are my 10 all time favourite British bulldogs.

Sadly as we all know, Holden is about to shut it’s doors in 2017, but the roaring lion will not be forgotten.

So here are my top 10 favourite Holdens.
